Seller bears the obligation to warranty products used in accordance with the instruction manual, and exclusively for the purposes for which they are intended.

 

The warranty period for domestic models is 24 months from the date of sale of the product provided they are used according to instructions.

 

On accessories and spare parts, sold separately, not as part of the main product, the warranty period is not set.

 

In the case of during the warranty period, the fault of a production nature, free of charge to the owner of the product is made to replace the entire filter in its entirety.

 

To confirm the warranty period, it is recommended to store with the item in the sale documents: cash/sales receipt, operating instructions and duly filled warranty card.

 

Warranty does not apply to the following activities: 
- the owner instructed in the use of the product; 
- the replacement of consumables (filters, light bulbs, etc.)
 

Warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by: 
- improper transport and/or storage of goods; 
- improper installation and / or connection; 
- Inappropriate use of the product; 
- instability or inappropriate power level; 
- failure to comply with sanitary norms in the room, in particular, the penetration of insects into the product; 
- mechanical damage to the product or exposure to chemicals; 
- the use of detergents with foaming nonnormal 
- the use of low-quality detergents, in particular, that have expired; 
- using the product for the purposes for which it was not intended; 
- change of colour hue, gloss pieces of equipment in service.

 

In the event of a malfunction, please contact our service centre. Product repair unauthorised organisation or individual may entail the loss of the right to guarantee the elimination of the shortcomings that have arisen due to improper changing the design of the product or its use are not eliminated with disabilities.
